So I must preface this by saying that my two kids are SO different! I mean not only the fact that they are different gender, but in every way they are total opposite! So this actually happened a week ago, but I am just getting to posting it now. I was in the shower getting ready for the day when the kids came running in about something, and I thought I could smell baby powder. So I said to Ammon, "have you been in the powder?" And of course he says "No, but Abbey has." She of course wouldn't come all the way in the bathroom, so when I got out I went and looked and sure enough, she had emptied the entire thing. At first I was kind of upset, but then realized that I needed to take the responsibility since I left it where she could get it.....Then as I looked around some more I realized she hadn't done it JUST to make a mess....she was taking good care of her babies! Then I really just had to laugh and tell her she was being a good mommy! Now to tie it all in with what I said about my kids being so different.....Ammon would have, and still never would do something like that! Go figure!

Oh man, that is too funny. Isn't it so great when they think they have done something awesome, but really not so good...hilrious. I am glad you were able to still give her the positives that she needed, you are a great mom!
I need to learn to find the humor. I don't even think to grab the camera(which would make much better post) I am so frustrated I can barley speak but hey be glad it wasn't Vaseline. I thought they were in their room playing next thing I know Karrah comes crawling down the hall her back (she was only in a diaper thank goodness) just caked with vaseline so I run to where Hannah is caught greasy handed(she was in only a diaper to, some good does come from not dressing your children!! LOL) So I immedialty throw them in the bathtub, boy where they soft!!
