Halloween Night!

Here is our fun-filled Halloween evening. We at least got pictures with the cousins and then we ate our traditional dinner of hot dogs and chili, and then went trick or treating! Ammon and Abigail had such a blast. By the end, Abbey would walk up to the door and put her little pumpkin bucket on the porch and say trick or treat. It was a night filled with some fun memories.

Halloween!

Ammon got to have a fun Halloween at his preschool too. Everybody got to dress up and then they had a carnival where they ate pretzels off a string WITHOUT hands. That was funny! They also had face painting, "ghost" bowling, and somw other games. Then they had a little parade and got to walk around to all the other classrooms. He had a great time, and the next time he had school, he wanted to dress up again!! :)

Better Late Than Never!!!

So, here is our annual pumpkin carving at Andrews parents house. We always get together the Sunday before Halloween and have a delicious dinner and then everyone carves pumpkins. It is such a blast. And since I had never really carved a pumpkin before Andrew and I got married, this is a really fun tradition that we have started.

Our pumpkins are on the left, and mine and Ammons was a pirate ship and Andrew and Abigails was just a very crazy, and distorted face. It was supposed to be Bob Dylan, and when that didn't work they tried the transformer logo, and well, that didn't work either!

I've Been Tagged!

I was tagged by Alison, and even though I hate doing these things, I do love reading them. So to please those of you that like reading them too, here you go...................Seven things about me that many of you may, or may not know.

1. Upon turning 21, I decided to serve a full time LDS mission, and was called to serve in Chicago. It was a great experience that I shall NEVER forget and I met people that I will NEVER forget.

2. I have been and am training for a HUGE relay race this coming summer. A few members of my family and some added friends have made it a goal to run the Wasatch Back Relay which goes from Logan, Utah to Park City Utah. For those that are not familiar with the area, that is 178 total miles! I am so pumped!! Hopefully I can survive mt training and do it.

3. I have a college degree in Respiratory Therapy and I have the opportunity to work just one day a month. In my opinion that is enough to get a small break and also keep my skills up. I really enjoy what I do and hope to one day even further my education.

4. I have come to the realization that I really don't mind baseball. For those of you that know me from earlier in my life know that I loved to play soccer and basketball, as well as watch them but any other sport was just boring to me. Well. since being married to Andrew I have realized that baseball really isn't too bad. Once I understood more of what was happening then I can stand to watch. It still drives me nuts though at how long it can take sometimes for the game to end. By the way we are Cubs fans and weren't at all impressed with their performance.

5. My pet peeves seem to be growing in number since I have had two children....so because there are so many I will just name a few.........smoking in public, disorganization, fake people, idiotic drivers, people who are ignorant to things and don't bother finding out the truth, and Utah in general!

6. I love being pampered. About a year and a half ago, I think it was a belated mothers day gift from my husband, I got to go to a spa for an hour long facial, and an hour long massage! Now if that wasn't heaven! I also like pedicures and getting my nails done. I guess it's a good thing I have kids or I would be really selfish with what our money was spent on =)

7. And maybe for a lack of not knowing what else to say, I got my tongue pierced when I was 18. But, took it out like 6 months later! It was stupid, I know.

Ok, so since I don't really know many people on here yet, I only have a few to tag....Brittney, Emily, Lindy.
